I can’t believe that it’s been almost 4 years now since I signed up to sell Scentsy.
Can I sell Scentsy online?
I get asked this questions all the time. Yes, sure you can sell scentsy online. Is it simple? Is it easy? No, it’s not as easy as some might think because you have to market and advertise to get the people to your site right? I taught myself how to build a site by using dummies for wordpress and SEO for dummies. Because I had no idea how to do it. I saw other’s starting to make some money at it, however, and I thought I would give it a try. If you don’t have a lot of money to advertise, then it’s a lot of work to get out there and promote yourself. Write a new blog post every other day, go to forums and mom blogs and use twitter and all the other social media sites out there. There are still a lot of people that haven’t tried Scentsy yet. Do a giveaway and email all your friends and family and let them know you’re selling scentsy now and how would they like to win a free travel tin. You don’t have to start big, I started giveaways with car candles and then worked up, as I started climbing the ranks with Scentsy and making more in my commission checks.
You can invite people to your online scentsy parties, where they don’t have to actually attend a home party. Let’s face it, the world has changed a little, mom’s aren’t staying at home anymore, they are working. Then when they are home, it’s family time, right? It’s hard to find the time to have home parties and even for your customer’s. I think it’s great that you are able to get such an amazing product like Scentsy, still help the consultant you are purchasing from by buying on their website but not have to attend the home party. Most of my downline signed up under me because of that very reason. They are able to go to school, and work and have a family and not worry about trying to schedule home parties. They have basket parties (which are what we scentsy consultants call a catalog party) and have their friends just gather orders by using the testers and catalogs or they give their friends and family an email that includes the party link. When they click on that link, they can buy scentsy online, through that consultant. It makes perfect scents!
