When Can I Add a Bar to My Scentsy Club?
A Scentsy Bar can only be added while it’s still available for sale on your Consultant’s website (like here at ScentsWarmers.com).
For limited-time offers, you have even more flexibility — you can add the bar for 30 days from its launch date, or as long as it’s still in stock, whichever is longer. So even if a scent sells out quickly, you still have time to secure it for your Club.
What About Licensed Scents?
Licensed bars — like our Disney, Marvel, or Warner Bros. collections — are eligible for Always Get My Bar, but only as long as the licensing agreement is active. If the license expires, Scentsy can no longer produce that fragrance for anyone.
A Few Important Details to Know
To keep things running smoothly, here are a few fine-print notes:
Packaging may change over time as a bar is discontinued.
You can decrease the quantity of a discontinued bar, but not increase it.
You may skip one shipment per 12 months for a discontinued bar. Skipping more than once removes it permanently from your subscription.
Two consecutive failed payments count as a “skip” and will also remove that bar.
Once a discontinued bar is deleted from your Club, it can’t be re-added unless Scentsy officially brings it back for sale.
Always Get My Bar applies only to Scentsy Bars, not Scentsy Bricks or other products.
