How long does the battery last?
Unplugged and using only the battery, the Scentsy Fragrance Cartridge Diffuser runs approximately 2,000 hours on standby, approximately 30 hours on low without light, and approximately 6 hours on low with light.
How will I know if my Cartridge Diffuser has a low battery or is charging?
When the battery is low, the indicator light turns red and flashes before the battery dies. When the Cartridge Diffuser is charging, the indicator light will slowly pulse.
What’s the recommended room size for optimal fragrance coverage?

Yes. There is only a faint sound when the fragrance mists.
How do I remove a Fragrance Cartridge from the Cartridge Diffuser?
Remove the shade and pull the Fragrance Cartridge straight out without twisting it.
Compatibility and usage
Can I use non-Scentsy or non-Cartridge Diffuser oils with the Scentsy Fragrance Cartridge Diffusers?
No. The Scentsy Fragrance Cartridge Diffuser is only compatible with our uniquely designed Fragrance Cartridges (a nebulizer-and-oil combination). Each nebulizer is developed specifically for the oil it comes with. Using non-Scentsy oils or attempting to reuse a nebulizer with a different oil will result in a negative experience, will cause damage (including oil spitting, leaking and settling on surrounding surfaces), and will void the product warranty.
Can I use regular Scentsy Oils with the Cartridge Diffuser?
No. The Cartridge Diffuser is compatible only with Fragrance Cartridges. Using any other oils — including Scentsy Oils — will void the warranty.
Can I reuse a Fragrance Cartridge?
No.
Does the Scentsy Fragrance Cartridge Diffuser pair with smart assistants?
Yes. It pairs with Google Home and Alexa.
Do I have to be in a certain range to control my device once it’s connected to Wi-Fi?
No.
Warranty and support
Does the Scentsy Fragrance Cartridge Diffuser come with a warranty?
Yes. Any Scentsy Fragrance Cartridge Diffuser found to be defective or damaged under normal use and care within six months of purchase will be replaced with the same, or comparable, product at Scentsy’s discretion at no cost to you. After six months, Scentsy will replace any of these products due to manufacturer defects but will require a processing fee.

No, not at this time. Natural and essential oils have different compositions that require a different Fragrance Cartridge system, and we’re still perfecting that technology.
