Unplugged and using only the battery, the Scentsy Fragrance Cartridge Diffuser runs approximately 2,000 hours on standby, approximately 30 hours on low without light, and approximately 6 hours on low with light.
When the battery is low, the indicator light turns red and flashes before the battery dies. When the Cartridge Diffuser is charging, the indicator light will slowly pulse.
Yes. There is only a faint sound when the fragrance mists.
Remove the shade and pull the Fragrance Cartridge straight out without twisting it.
No. However, you can take it out and put another scent in. When you’re ready you can swap them.

To encourage repeat purchases through a Scentsy Club subscription, Fragrance Cartridges will be available at a discounted price in Scentsy Club compared to the full retail price on your PWS and Workstation. Fragrance Cartridges can even be added to a Club subscription as a qualifying half-price product. No other Club discounts will apply.
A Fragrance Cartridge for a Scentsy Fragrance Cartridge Diffuser – Solo can last up to a month or more, depending on use. Actual duration depends on:
- Individual fragrance.
- Duration of sessions.
- Frequency of use.
- Setting (low, medium or high).
Yes. Any Scentsy Fragrance Cartridge Diffuser found to be defective or damaged under normal use and care within six months of purchase will be replaced with the same, or comparable, product at Scentsy’s discretion at no cost to you. After six months, Scentsy will replace any of these products due to manufacturer defects but will require a processing fee.
Scentsy Home is the free companion app for the Scentsy Fragrance Cartridge Diffuser. You can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store by searching for “Scentsy Home.”
