Disney: Warm Gingerbread Wishes Scentsy Bar

A Scentsy Bar is a block of scented wax divided into eight detachable sections. Often Called Scentsy Wax, or Scentsy Melts.

Our Scentsy Bars and fragrance oils are free of nut and mineral oils. Additionally, they are formulated without BPA, gluten, lead, egg, or formaldehyde.

Scentsy blends both synthetic and naturally derived fragrance oils to create a high-quality, long-lasting scent experience. Synthetic oils are used for several reasons:

• They help prevent the overuse of scarce or endangered natural resources.
• Some natural fragrances, like lily of the valley, cannot be extracted using conventional methods, so a synthetic alternative is required.
• They offer a cost-effective way to provide a wider range of fragrances without increasing prices.

Our Scentsy Bars are made from a custom, high-quality paraffin wax blend. This blend is chosen for its ability to hold a high scent load, its optimal melting point, and its firmness.

While soy or vegetable-based waxes work well for candles with wicks, they do not perform as effectively in wickless candles or melts like Scentsy Bars.

Since the Fall/Winter 2017 Catalog, our new warmer dishes have been marked with the recommended number of Scentsy Bar wax cubes for the best fragrance experience. Of course, you can adjust the number based on your personal preference.

When the wax is melted, simply pour it out and clean the dish with a Cotton Cleanup pad. 

Scentsy Bars are designed with safety in mind. They don’t require an open flame, which means there’s no burning, smoke, soot, or release of harmful chemicals—making them a safer alternative to traditional candles.

Our Scentsy Bars do not contain harmful phthalates. Although a small number of our fragrances include trace amounts of diethyl phthalate (DEP) to help blend ingredients and extend the scent, these levels are extremely low and have been deemed safe by regulatory bodies such as the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and the European Union Scientific Committee on Consumer Products. We strictly follow all DEP safety standards set by the International Fragrance Association (IFRA).

We adhere to all local and international regulations to ensure the safety of our fragrance ingredients. Our standards align with the guidelines established by both the International Fragrance Association and the Research Institute for Fragrance Materials. Store your Scentsy Bars in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Placing them near heat sources, such as a stove or in direct sunlight, can cause the top fragrance notes to dissipate.

If you warm the same fragrance too often, your nose may become accustomed to it, diminishing its perceived intensity. Rotating your fragrances regularly can help keep them fresh and noticeable.
